Chief Designer, Electrosurgical Engineering

Victor A. Tkachenko holds an engineering degree from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and has spent over four decades at the E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute. Since 2009 he has focused on high-frequency electrosurgical apparatus for living-tissue welding, and joined Nanotechcenter as a Researcher in 2025. His expertise centers on portable electrosurgical device design, most notably as Chief Designer of DOPOMOGA, a battery-powered tissue-welding unit for emergency surgical care, and he holds 10 patents in the field.
