Surgeon, Doctor of Medical Sciences (External Clinician/Clinical Expert)
Sergiy E. Podpryatov holds a Doctor of Medical Sciences degree in Surgery from the National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology and is an Honored Doctor of Ukraine. He has practiced surgery for nearly five decades, including as Deputy Chief Physician at Kyiv Municipal Clinical Hospital No. 1, and joined Nanotechcenter as a Researcher in 2025. His expertise centers on the electric welding of living tissues in surgery, serving as Medical & Scientific Advisor on the DOPOMOGA portable tissue-welding device, and he has authored more than 200 scientific works.
