General Manager (Doctor of Engineering Sciences)

Ganna Polishko holds a Doctor of Engineering Sciences degree from the E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute, National Academy of Science of Ukraine, where she now heads a department. Her career has progressed through staff scientist roles at the Paton Institute since 2005, alongside earlier experience at Ukraine’s Ministry of Industrial Policy. Her expertise focuses on electroslag remelting and refining processes for high-quality metal production.
