Andriy Ragulya is a Doctor of Technical Sciences and Full Member of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine, with his doctorate earned at the Frantsevich Institute for Problems of Materials Science. He has directed research at Nanotechcenter since 2014 while heading the Department of Nanostructured Ceramics and Nanocomposites at the Frantsevich Institute and holding a long-standing professorship at Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. His expertise spans nanostructured and consolidated ceramics, and he has led numerous NATO- and EU-funded international research programs, earning the State Prize of Ukraine and the Gold Medal of the National Academy of Science.
