Gasoline based on ethyl alcohol and NANOADDITIVE for 2-stroke engines

Description:

In the current economic and energy conditions have been applied gasoline-ethanol mixture at various percentages of gasoline and alcohol with a view to their use in existing gasoline engines without redesign.

It is proposed biofuel E85 (with an ethyl alcohol content of 75-85%).

The compounding biogasoline E-85 with a package of additives and it is shown that the main indicators of the quality of a fuel meets the requirements of ASTM D 5798-07 and CWA 15293:2005.

The technology for producing a composition of NANOADDITIVE to biogasoline E85 containing ethyl alcohol.

The main advantages of using alcohol biofuel E85:

  1. The ethyl alcohol is produced from renewable raw material, furthermore, for the preparation of fuel, there is no need to purify the ethyl alcohol from admixtures of other alcohols, rid off only water.
  2. The octane number (RON) of ethanol is significantly higher than that of gasoline, which makes it possible to produce biogasoline E85 from ethanol and cheap petroleum fractions – stable natural gasoline, straight-run gasoline. Thus, it possible to obtain gasoline with a high octane number (95 or 98 or higher) at low cost.
  3. Ethanol is less toxic than the oil and gas, and does not contain carcinogenic components.
  4. Ethanol is an excellent cleanser: it allows you to maintain a clean engine for new cars.
  5. NANOADDTIVE application gives significant benefits to biogasoline E85, and allow to:
    • reduce consumption by 10-15% for 2-stroke engines and achieve fuel economy comparable to the consumption of petroleum gasoline!
    • increase the efficiency of the engine, whilst maintaining performance by 20-30% higher than that of petroleum gasoline
    • reduce the wear on the fuel system and engine 10 times, which would prolong their life and maintenance-free service life,
    • reduce harmful emissions of carbon monoxide (upto 0 %), unburned hydrocarbons, oxides of nitrogen in at least 2-fold (or 50%),
    • substantially reduce the corrosivity of ethanol alcohol fuel in relation to the non-ferrous metals (copper, brass).

Application:

Thus, the developed fuel composition E85 and additives to it meet the requirements for a fuel, and can be successfully put into production. With a number of advantages over similar gasoline, biofuel E85 and NANOADDITIVE will find its niche in the market of fuels.
