The powder is produced by environmentally-friendly technology from high quality unstable precursors and characterized by unprecedentedly small size (1530 nm), high surface area (2530 m2 / g) and high chemical purity. Small size and high specific surface gives high reactivity of the powder, which can significantly reduce the sintering temperature, thereby reducing the grain size after sintering to obtain improved electrical characteristics of the final product.

Barium titanate nanopowder is an ideal for the preparation of ceramic suspensions subsequently using in advanced printing and casting technologies such as Ink Jet Printing, Screen Printing, Tape Casting, Spin Coating, etc. Ultra small size and structure of the powder particles allows them to pack in ultrathin ferroelectric layers (less than 1 micron) during casting or printing, resulting in miniaturization and improvement of electronics performance, where they are applied.
