Description:
The special composition NANOADDITIVE is a complex agent that is designed to improve properties of diesel fuel, and will allow applying it during the cold period. It decreases the temperature limit of filterability (CFPP) and pour point of diesel fuel, has a number of the crucial additional benefits.
NANOADDITIVE performs improving the complex of operational properties of diesel fuel, both summer and winter fuels:
- pour point of summer diesel fuel is decreased to -30 °C and below;
- for winter fuel the pour point is moved to the mark of -40°C!
- filterability limit temperature is decreased to -17°C and below to summer diesel fuel.
- anti-wear properties appear due to the nanocarbon particles in diesel fuel, which prolongs the life of the engine, wear of the nozzles and plunger of high pressure fuel pump is reduced;
- increases efficiency and energy output from the fuel by the catalytic action of the carbon nanoparticles in the cylinder during combustion;
- additive is economically performed, and can be used in an amounts of 0.3 … 1 KG per 1 ton of diesel fuel.
We have created a special composition of NANOADDITIVE for use it in diesel fuels of different composition.
Specifically developed new composition which comprises carbon nanoparticles and a set of reagents for improving the low temperature properties of diesel fuel (filterability limit temperature, pour point, cloud point).
Investigations of several options (Add #1, 2, 3) of NANOADDITIVE using it with diesel fuel are shown below.
Tested samples of diesel fuel additive containing additives of 0.2 to 0.6 kg per 1 ton of fuel. Achieved decreasing in the filterability limit temperature and the pour point of 12 °C in relation to fuel without additives.
Application:
This NANOADDITIVE can be used in summer and winter diesel fuel for vehicles to improve its operation characteristics (increased energy output and fuel economy, low temperature properties, anti-wear properties).
