Short Description:
Multifunctional modifying additive to motor fuel based on bioethanol and gasoline, which consists from organic solvent and liquid phase special organic components, and additionally contains solid nanoscale carbon particles of arbitrary form in the amount of 0,0001 … 0,5% mass, which provides more complete combustion of fuel and reducing the speed of wear of the parts of the internal combustion engine while reducing the level of harmful combustion products in the exhaust gases.
The combined indexes of harmful emissions in the exhaust gases of the tested engine of the MeMZ-307.1 are presented in the diagram.
Measurements were made in the mode of maximum torque, at n = 3200 min-1. α is the excess air ratio, θ is the optimum angle of ignition ahead at the upper dead point.
The results of bench testing and research of the quantitative characteristics of fuel mixtures convincingly demonstrate the benefits of fuel with the addition of an additionally claimed amount of 1.0-3.0 mass. %
